What is Pupplay?
Puppy play, also known as human puppy play or pup play, is a type of role-playing in which one person takes on the role of a puppy dog.
There are many reasons why people get into puppy play: some are attracted by its kinkiness; others enjoy feeling safe and protected like they would if they were really pets; some just want to try something new.
Puppy play can be enjoyed by people of any gender, orientation and kink level. It's historically considered to be a BDSM kink, even though lately it became an entirely independent subculture.
There are no specific rules on how puppy play is done. For some it's a only a sexual kink, for other it's a part of their everyday life. For some it's enough to just get a Puppy name, while others might want to include walking on all fours, barking and carrying out other dog-like behaviors. A lot of pups wear and use human-Pup products from JetPup store as we offer variety of goodies to help you easily get in your Pup-sona.
The History of Puppy Play
The history of puppy play goes back thousands of years--it's been recorded in Native American tribes such as the Lakota Sioux, who referred to it as "huhuza" (meaning "to act like an animal"). The African Zulu tribe also had a similar ritual where children would dress up as dogs and perform tasks for their elders; these practices were used for both religious purposes and for entertainment purposes during festivals.
The modern incarnation of puppy play began in the 20th century when John Norman published his Gor novels about an imaginary planet called Gor which featured societies where people regularly played with animals (and even treated them better than humans). These books were popular among people interested in BDSM community because they explored themes such as dominance/submission through scenes involving petting/grooming/feeding animals along with other activities related specifically towards animals such as riding horses or tending sheep herds etcetera.
What are the different roles of Puppy Play?
There are different types of roles in puppy play. Some people/pups enjoy playing a specific role like alpha, beta or omega, even though one does not necessarily have to pick one. There are Pup who have handlers/daddies (not necessarily a Pup), others prefer to be independent. There are also Pup couples and it's totally up to them to determine their roles and the dynamics of their relationship.
It's important to be yourself!

Hi, loving this webpage, been into pup play for around 3 years now and loved every moment of it. I am amazed a refreshing webpage has been made especially for the pup play community to buy goodies from.
HI!. Really like Your site!. Have been into puppy play for about six years now. Had one wonderful Owner, but didn’t work out. But I am thinking positive and know I will meet my Handler and Owner.
Am I the only one leaving a legit comment to thank Jet Pup for this amazing article?
I showed this to a buddy of mine and they were immediately hooked on being a pup, they got my old hood, are looking into squeaky toys, and, as their owner, cannot wait for the day I get him his first bone from JetPup. Thank you so much, Jet, for helping my Pup (Now named Felix, because I am lucky to have him as my pup) step out of his shell and realize that this community is for him!
