Returns & Exchanges

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your original item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Custom made chains and collars by ChainMale are non-returnable/non-refundable.  A one-time alteration can be requested within 7 days after receiving the item. A $10 alteration fee will be assessed in addition to any applicable sales tax and upcharges for items such as increases in length and changes to gauge size.**

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at contact@jet-pup.com.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Item(s) sent back to us without first contacting JetPup will not be accepted.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

For exchanges, the cost to ship the replacement item will be covered by JetPup.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@jet-pup.com. Exchanges will be shipped within 5 business days. 


Damages and issues
 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Chew Toys
- Gift Cards
- Drawstring Bags
